The driver settlements can be totally customized. You can add an accessorial fee from the drop-down menu or add your own category. Plus, you can add reimbursements or deductions, like for advanced pay at any time.
TruckLogics will keep your driver settlements nice and organized for you to review at any time. Simply log in to your account, click account, then click driver settlements to see a list of your payments, and your non-settled payments.
You will have a record for each driver that clearly lists their name, last payment date, the amount, the total amount they’ve been paid, and the number of dispatches they have had assigned to them.
If you click the money symbol in the Action column, you can view, print, or email the driver payment. It will clearly list all of the payment details, including any deductions, reimbursements, and more.
You can also run a driver payment report to clearly list the driver settlement for all of your drivers or an individual driver from any date range. The report will include the total number of dispatches that were assigned to that driver, and the total amount that you have paid them. If you click on the dollar symbol in the action column you see a list of the total payments made to the individual driver that includes the payment method. This way you’ll always have accurate financial records for your business.
