How-To Tuesday: Automatic Check Calls With The TruckLogics Mobile App
TruckLogics makes check calls easier than ever!
When your drivers enable auto check calls, the TruckLogics mobile app will automatically send status updates to your TruckLogics account when the truck comes close enough to its destinations. Couple this with automatic check call emails to notify your customer or broker of the load status!
Your drivers will need to enable this feature for it to become active. Here’s exactly how to configure and enable Automatic Check Calls in the TruckLogics Mobile App!
Manager Mobile App
- From your mobile app dashboard, tap on the menu button in the top right corner.
2. Tap on the settings button.
3. Tap on your manager account (if signed into multiple accounts, make sure it’s your admin email address for the account).
4. Click the auto check call radius button.
5. You can switch between meters and miles depending on your needs. If you notice that your auto check calls are coming in too close together, increase the range. If you notice they are coming in too far apart, decrease the range.
Driver Mobile App
- From your mobile app dashboard, tap on the menu button in the top right corner.
2. Tap on the settings button.
3. Tap on your account.
4. Scroll down and check the auto check call box.
