How-To Tuesday: Faxing in TruckLogics

In your TruckLogics account, there are numerous helpful features that can be used to help streamline your trucking business operations. One of these features is the ability to fax documents that are in your TruckLogics account. Please note that the amount of faxes you are able to send monthly depends on your subscription. With a Pro subscription, you are able to send 50 faxes a month, with a preferred subscription you are able to send 100 faxes a month, with a Premium subscription you are able to send an unlimited number a month. In the tutorial below you will learn what can be faxed within your TruckLogics account and where to locate each faxable document type. 

Faxing from Loads

1. From anywhere in TruckLogics, select the “Loads” tab. 

2. Select the load you need to fax a document from.

3. Select the “Documents” tab.

4. You will see a list of available documents for this dispatch and a fax icon to the right. Click it to fax the document. 

Faxing Invoices

1. Repeat steps 1 and 2 shown above and instead of selecting the “Documents” tab, select the “Invoice” tab. 

2. On the invoice that appears, select “More”.

3. From the dropdown select “Fax”.

Faxing from Dispatches

1. From anywhere in TruckLogics select the “Dispatches” tab.

2. Select “All Dispatches” from the left sidebar. 

3. Select the dispatch you want to fax a document from. 

4. Select the “Documents” tab.

5. You will see a list of available documents for this dispatch and a fax icon to the right. Click it to fax the document. 

Faxing from Documents

1. From anywhere in TruckLogics, select the “Documents” tab.

2. Click “TruckLogics Documents”.

3. Choose the document you need to fax and click on the fax icon beside it. 

By following the steps above you are able to fax documents from loads, dispatches, and invoices. It is important to keep in mind that the amount of faxes you can send monthly depends entirely on your subscription type.
