How-To Tuesday: Quickly Grouping Multiple Invoices Together [Updated]
Have you ever received multiple invoices in a short amount of time and were worried about how to keep track of them all? With TruckLogics you are able to do just that. There is a handy feature that allows you to group multiple invoices together so that you do not lose track of them. Learn how to group multiple invoices together in just a few simple steps.
- From anywhere in TruckLogics, go to the Accounts tab and select Invoices.
2. Click where it says + Add Invoice.
3. Select either Customer, Carrier, or Broker and then choose the appropriate one from the dropdown menu.
4. Scroll down and you will find outstanding invoices for that client will appear. Here you can add any additional details or charges you would like to add to this invoice. Then you will click Generate Invoice.
5. Once you do this, you will find that all of the outstanding invoices have become a single invoice.
