6 More New Trucklogics Features Added In June 2020

1. $0 Line Haul Dispatches for Yard Moves and Inventory Transfers
Keeping track of every detail of your loads just got even easier with TruckLogics.
You can now keep track of Yard Moves and Inventory Transfers easily. Create dispatches with no income, but retain access to all the great features you will need, such as expense reporting and mileage tracking.

To access this feature: Add New > Dispatch > Yard Move/Inventory Transfer.
2. Partial payments for factoring company invoices
We know that every factoring company has different payment arrangements. Keeping track of those payments just got easier.
Now you can record the final factoring rate on your invoice and receive multiple payments against an invoice for your factoring company.

To access this feature: Accounts > Receive Payment > Factoring Company.
3. Set up to 4 decimal places for invoice rates
Looking for even greater accuracy for your invoicing needs? Look no further.
With TruckLogics, you can now set invoicing rates to have up to 4 decimal places. This will also allow you to add up to four decimals for tax rates you have set up.

To access this feature: Settings > Other Invoice Settings.
4. Customize which documents the system generates from your settings page
We’ve added a whole new level of customization to your TruckLogics experience.
Don’t need to generate those Load Rate confirmations for every load? No problem! Now you can pick and choose which documents TruckLogics generates for you!

5. Leased Operators can record per trip and weekly deductions separately
We know that no two settlements look alike, so we have expanded the capabilities of the settlement entry process. You can now use the Per Trip option to enter in all your settlements per trip.
Have a monthly or weekly deduction like insurance or trailer rent? Use Weekly deductions to add these items to your settlement transactions without having to tie them into an existing trip settlement.

6. Fuel Breakdown included in the P+L Report
See Diesel (or truck fuel) Reefer, DEF and Discounts separated into their own lines on your profit and loss report. Viewing the split on your fuel expenses has never been easier.
